High Street Trading Co. ships to all destinations within Australia using reputable postage, courier & freight companies. We offer a Flat Rate $15 Shipping option for all homeware, fashion & gift items, excluding some larger pieces, all furniture, art, mirrors & rugs.

High Street Trading Co. endeavours to ship all in stock orders within 48 Hours excluding weekends.

Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate at the time of checkout, High Street Trading Co. takes no responsibility if delivery details are incorrectly provided or incomplete at the time time of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase please contact High Street Trading Co. immediately.

If a product is faulty we will be happy to provide a replacement, you must notify us within 7 days quoting your order number and provide photo evidence of any faults or damages.

Change of mind returns or exchanges are made at our discretion, all return postage costs are at your expense if we agree to the return or exchange. We must be notified within 7 days of any return or exchange requests.

Please do not return a product without contacting High Street Trading Co. first. If this occurs you may not receive the refund or refund amount as expected.
